Cookie Policy

Here is the complete list of cookies and data saved in your browser by InfluenceOS, with their role and duration. Google Analytics is only activated with your consent.

1Essential cookies for operation

Always active

Indispensable to the service, they cannot be deactivated: account login ("sb-…", kept until you log out); chosen language ("NEXT_LOCALE", 1 year); a technical marker that spaces out the update of your last activity and allows for quick account suspension ("lsa_…", 5 minutes); access to the Instagram report obtained before creating an account ("io_lead", 7 days); dashboard demo mode, if you activate it ("demo_mode", 24 hours). Also saved in your browser, without being transmitted to third parties: your cookie choices, light or dark theme, your display preferences, guided tour progress, ongoing drafts, and recent chat history with the assistant and support.

2Origin of your visit

Always active

On your first visit, if you arrive from another site or a campaign link, we record the origin of this visit: the campaign name and the site you came from ("io_attrib", 30 days). If you click a link in a message we sent you, this click is also recorded ("io_prospect", 90 days). These cookies are specific to InfluenceOS: they are not shared with any third parties and are not used for any advertising targeting. If you create an account, the recorded origin is saved with that account to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns.

3Cookie-less audience measurement

Always active

Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights measure site traffic and page speed (page views, loading times). According to their provider, they do not use cookies and only produce global statistics, without identifying visitors.

4Google Analytics

Consent required in Europe

The rules in this section apply if you are browsing from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. From other countries, Google Analytics is active by default, and you can refuse it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. Only with your consent, Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager) measures how the site is used. It then deposits its “_ga” and “_ga_…” cookies, kept for approximately 13 months. As long as you have not accepted, or if you refuse, these cookies are not deposited; however, Google may receive cookie-less signals, which it uses for its statistical estimates.

5Advertising

Consent required in Europe

The rules in this section apply if you are browsing from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. From other countries, these advertising tools are active by default, as if you had accepted; you can refuse them at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page, and the refusal then has the effects described below. Only with your consent, the OpenAI measurement pixel (ads displayed in ChatGPT) records whether you arrived on InfluenceOS by clicking on one of our ads. It deposits two cookies: “__oppref” (the identifier of this click, 30 days) and “__obref” (a random identifier for your browser, 1 year). If you then create an account, we inform OpenAI about the start of your trial, then your first payment (amount and plan), along with these identifiers, your country, and your email address and account ID in an irreversible scrambled form (SHA-256 hash), to measure the effectiveness of our ads. Without your consent, these cookies are not deposited, and these two events are reported without any identifiers or email address. Also, only with your consent, the Meta pixel (ads displayed on Instagram and Facebook) measures the effectiveness of our ads. It deposits the “_fbp” cookie (a random identifier for your browser, 3 months) and, if you arrive by clicking on one of our ads, “_fbc” (the identifier of this click, 3 months). It reports to Meta the pages you visit as well as three steps: launching an account analysis, sending your email address to receive the report, and creating an account. Without your consent, the Meta pixel is not loaded and nothing is transmitted to it. No other advertising cookies are deposited to date.

6Manage your choices

If you are browsing from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, a banner allows you, on your first visit, to accept or refuse cookies subject to your consent. Wherever you are, the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page allows you to change your mind at any time. To know if this banner concerns you, the site deposits a technical cookie “io_consent_region” (24 hours) which only records whether your country is covered, without any other information. You can also block or delete all cookies from your browser; deleting essential cookies will log you out of your account.
